(B) Our creations are carefully inspected to ensure they meet our quality requirements. Our products are made by hand in small batches, so there might be small imperfections, air bubbles, and differences in color. These characteristics are not deemed a defect, but rather a distinctive attribute of each of our creations, and will not adversely affect the normal usage of the product.
(C) THIS SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE, AND IS CHOSEN AT YOUR OWN RISK UPON CONFIRMATION/ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS OF SUPPLY.
IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, YOU ALSO AGREE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND SOME COUNTRIES HAVE IMPORT RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN GOODS OR MATERIALS. AFTER DISPATCH FROM OUR FACILITIES, TRANSFER OF LIABILITY SHIFTS TO YOU. THEREFORE, YOU WILL BECOME THE IMPORTER AND WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY LOCAL TAXES OR DUTIES, FURTHERMORE ASSUMING ALL LIABILITY UNDER ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

HOWEVER, IF YOU DO RECEIVE A PRODUCT WITH FAULT, WE ARE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND THE ITEM.

YOU MUST REQUEST A RETURN WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.
